Shipping policy

Gym Concepts provides Canada-wide shipping. Additionally, we may ship outside of Canada when it is a certain product. We only accept wire transfers as a form of payment for international orders. Please contact us at hello@gymconcepts.ca to discuss further.

Canadian Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy is in place for orders placed prior to 12pm EST (Eastern Standard Time). Small parcel orders (Canpar, Purolator, Fedex, or Canada Post) will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders that require shipping via Freight will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.

Delays
Delays are possible due to a backlog of orders caused by order processing, peak season or inclement weather, and other factors that are beyond Gym Concepts’ control.

Please be aware that provided shipping timelines are estimations only. Due to the high volume of shipping our shipping partners do not provide guaranteed or exact delivery dates.

Free Shipping Policy Clarification
Products listed as having 'free shipping' include a specific portion of the shipping expense in their price. This portion generally suffices to cover delivery to many major urban areas across Canada. However, due to the vast expanse of the country, we're unable to extend this free shipping offer to every Canadian location. We set aside a certain budget for shipping, which usually encompasses deliveries to most large cities. In cases where the shipping cost exceeds this budget, we will inform you via email about the additional charges. You then have the option to either pay the extra fee to complete the order or to cancel the order at no cost."


Remote Areas
We categorize 'remote areas' as regions that are not covered by the usual routes of our delivery carriers. When we dispatch orders to these distant locations in Canada, they are subject to extra shipping fees. These fees vary based on the size and weight of the products being sent. It's important to be aware that the shipping costs displayed for online orders from remote areas may not be final or accurate. In such cases, Gym Concepts will calculate the precise shipping fees for the specific order and reach out to the customer. This way, before we finalize and ship the order, you will be informed of and can consent to any additional shipping charges.


Information Required for Shipping
To ship your purchases, we require your basic contact information, payment in full, and your complete shipping address.
All shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has left our warehouse.
P.O Boxes will not be accepted as shipping addresses. If a P.O. box is entered as your address, we will be required to contact you so we can be provided with an appropriate shipping address.

Parcel vs. Freight
Your order will be shipped within one of our two shipping Categories. Parcel and Freight.
Parcels are packages that are delivered using our traditional carriers. Our standard shipping options are offered through carriers such as Canpar, Purolator, and Canada Post.

Parcel delivery estimate: 2-7 business days after your item has shipped.

Freight Delivery is required for larger items & shipments such as Smith Machines and Ellipticals. Or if the total of small items can be shipped by freight to save you money. For Freight shipments, the customer will be contacted by the shipping provider to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments must be made within 1-3 days of the call or you will be subject to storage fees. Freight deliveries are curbside only.

Freight delivery estimate: 3-10 business days after your item has shipped.
